Terms of use
These terms describe using Lushita, Walter Monecke’s service for finding beauty and wellness businesses in Venezuela, booking visits, and helping businesses organize their work.
The service and your account
Lushita provides tools to find businesses, book visits, and organize schedules and payment records. Each business provides its own barbering, hair, spa, and wellness services. Use accurate information, protect your account access, and act only for yourself or someone who has authorized you. By using Lushita, you agree to these terms.
Bookings, prices, and payments
An instant booking is confirmed when the application says so. A booking request needs the business’s confirmation. Check the location, professional, time, services, and price before confirming; a home visit may include a travel fee. Businesses set their services, prices, and availability. Payment is arranged with the business: recording a payment in Lushita does not transfer money or make Lushita the service provider.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel in “My visits” until the visit’s start time. Contact the business to change a visit, resolve a payment, raise a service complaint, or cancel after that time. A business can accept, decline, or cancel using the application’s controls. Check the booking status in Lushita; an email or notification can be delayed or fail to arrive.
Business responsibilities
If you manage a business, keep services, prices, hours, and contact details up to date. Publish only photos and content you have permission to use, and record client and team information only when authorized to do so. Give panel access only to appropriate staff. Each business is responsible for providing its services, handling complaints, and meeting its applicable obligations.
Responsible use
Do not impersonate others, make fake bookings, publish unlawful content, try to access someone else’s data, or disrupt the service. We may limit access when needed to investigate abuse or protect people and the service. Email walter@heimathafen.io if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

The service may change or experience interruptions; updates to these terms will be posted here with their date. These terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
