Privacy

Lushita, available at lushita.com, is operated by Walter Monecke. This page explains the information the service uses and how to access it, correct it, or request its deletion.

Your account and Google

When you sign in with Google, Clerk, our sign-in provider, receives your Google identifier, email, name, and profile photo, as shared by Google. We use this information to create your account, recognize you, and display your profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or your contacts. You can also sign in by email. Lushita does not sell data received from Google or use it for advertising or training AI models.

Bookings and businesses

We store the bookings, services, times, favorites, and loyalty cards you use. A booking can include your name, email, phone number, and, for a home visit, the address and arrival point. The business and authorized staff receive the information needed for your visit. Business profiles, prices, public locations, logos, and published photos are public. Businesses can also record team, client, payment, and payout information; those records are limited to authorized roles.

Location and browser storage

Cloudflare provides an approximate location from your connection so the map can start near you; the application does not store that estimate. We request device location only when you choose to use it. An address supplied for a home visit is stored with the booking. Cookies and browser storage keep your session, language, theme, search location, and unfinished booking. If you enable notifications, we store the browser subscription used to send them; you can revoke permission in your browser.

Providers and diagnostics

Clerk handles sign-in; Convex stores application data; Cloudflare serves the website and stores images; Sentry receives errors and performance data; Resend delivers booking emails when enabled. These providers process the data needed for those functions and may do so outside Venezuela. Maps load resources from OpenFreeMap, which receives requests from your browser. Google and WhatsApp links also involve those services’ own policies.

How we investigate a problem

Sentry reports can include your account identifier, pages visited, browser details, errors, and loading times. Some sessions and sessions with errors are also replayed: text and input fields are masked, but visible images may appear. Our configuration excludes HTTP bodies, cookies, and headers from reports; error messages can contain technical context. We use these records to understand and fix problems.

Retention and account closure

We retain information needed for your account and the business’s operational records while it is used for those functions. In “My account” you can change your name and, if you do not own a business, close your account. Closure cancels upcoming visits, removes favorites, loyalty cards, and notification subscriptions, and removes your name, phone, and address from retained bookings. The business keeps its service and financial history; a team member may remain in its records without account access. Owners need to contact us to arrange closure of their business. Providers’ technical logs and backups may remain until removed under those services’ retention schedules.

Your requests

Email walter@heimathafen.io to access your data, correct it, request deletion, or ask a privacy question. We may request information to verify that the request is yours. You can also contact a business about records it maintains independently. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account; doing so does not itself delete your Lushita account. Changes to this policy will be posted here with their date.
